Controller
A Controller panel can control a maximum of sixteen WeedSeeker® sensoren(eight on either side).The Controller is mounted next to the driver in such a manner that it is easy to operate and still ensures safe operation.
A speed switch ensures that the sensor is adapted to the vehicle speed. Speeds between 4.8 and 16 km per hour can be set for correct spray timing.
Finally the controller features a special switch to calibrate the basic soil colour. While the sprayer moves over the land, the WeedSeeker® Unitcompares the reflectance signal to the basic value. If an 'object' causes a higher chlorophyll reflectance signal, that will cause the unit to spray.
